Forest Management Guidelines
The Wisconsin Forest Management Guidelines (FMG) provides a comprehensive summary of sustainable forestry techniques for forest types in the state. The Department of Natural Resources offers the guide, written primarily for professional resource managers, to encourage high standards of forest management and harvest assistance to private landowners.
